In this project, the design, supply, and full installation of eight hospital elevators were carried out by the Arian Lift team.
Due to the medical nature of the building, the main design priorities were smooth operation under high traffic, shock-free cabin movement, and long-term reliability.
Unlike residential elevators, hospital elevators operate 24/7, and even minor stops can disrupt patient transport. Therefore, all equipment was selected with a focus on durability, continuous performance, and long-term safety.
Technical Requirements for Medical Use
The following criteria were applied in the design of this project:
Smooth cabin movement to prevent jolts for patients
Precise floor-level stops
Reduced wear and tear under high usage
Minimal operational errors during continuous service
Fast and easy maintenance access
Equipment Used in the Project
Motor: Sicor (Italy)
Controller: Arkel (Turkey)
Automatic Doors: Fermator (Spain)
Guide Rails: SAVERA (Spain)
Wire Ropes: Gustav Wolf (Germany)
Travel Cable: Detweiler (Czech Republic)
Safety Gear (Parachute): Metroplast (Turkey)
Cabin Design & Fabrication: Arian Lift
This combination of high-quality components ensures system durability and minimizes emergency stoppages during long-term operation.
Project Outcome
After installation, adjustment, and commissioning:
Floor stops are precise and accurate
Cabin movement is smooth and shock-free
System performance remains stable during peak traffic
Emergency maintenance needs have been minimized
This project demonstrates a professional approach to hospital elevator installation, focusing on safety, long-term operational stability, and reduced maintenance costs.
